Summer brought a lot of exciting new things to CollabNet’s Cloud Business Unit. If you’ve being paying attention, you are probably familiar with our new and sexy front-end: CloudForge.
However, it’s very likely that many of you are unaware of the internal improvements we have made to enhance our customers’ experience. One of our internal projects was to: greatly increase our support head count, and integrate more Enterprise support processes into the CollabNet Cloud Services. Simply put, our goal was to make it easy for you to access support.
Prior to setting this goal, we successfully managed a community of ~ 100K users, thousands of paid accounts, hundreds of cases a month, and supported our new dPaaS platform – all with just a handful of very skilled and incredibly talented support engineers (special kudos to Jesse, Tim & Raja). However, our support team does need to grow par to meet the demands of a continuously increasing user base.
Therefore, we are happy to announce that we have now combined internal support forces with our main CollabNet Enterprise Support Team!! What does this mean for you? Simple… A lot more experienced folks ready to answer your questions! Check it out:
