HIMSS 2013

February 26, 2013 Chris Nimmer

The big event is fast approaching! HIMSS 2013, one of the largest annual healthcare IT conferences in the world, has its yearly conference on March 3-7. With nearly 50,000 individual members, over 570 corporate members, 225 non-profit partner organizations, and the event taking place at the historic 3 million square foot Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, HIMSS 2013 is a spectacle that you won’t want to miss.

CollabNet is actively helping to create standardization solutions that promote optimization for both healthcare enterprises and global developer communities. Three such communities, the International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization (IHTSDO), Open Health Tools (OHT), and Alembic Foundation’s Aurion Open Source Healthcare Project all use CollabNet’s cloud-based Agile ALM development platform to speed their work. Also leading healthcare enterprises like Kaiser Permanente are partnering with CollabNet to create a more productive, centralized, and Agile environment for their globally distributed teams of developers.

As an event sponsor, CollabNet would like to invite you to share this experience with us. Stop by booth #4486 to chat about new trends and tools in the realm of healthcare IT over a complimentary cappuccino.

With more than 300 education sessions, 1200 exhibitors, and loads of networking events over the course of 5 days, HIMSS 2013 will wear you down so CollabNet is serving free cappuccinos on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30AM-3:30PM. Come by to rejuvenate and check out our booth!

CollabNet is giving away cool giveaways and prizes for our spotting contest! Simply take the free CollabNet gear we are handing out in our booth and sport it. If a CollabNet rep sees you wearing our gear during the time of a prize drawing, you could win instantly. It’s that simple!

We hope to see you there!
