Subversion 1.7 – Why You Should Care

September 13, 2011 C. Michael Pilato

The forthcoming Apache Subversion 1.7.0 is due to be officially released in just a few weeks.  Already, media outlets have shown an interest in carrying information related to this major release of the ubiquitous Subversion version control system — the first since the project’s celebrated move to the Apache Software Foundation. In fact, Dr. Dobbs has already published an article I wrote on the topic a few weeks ago.  But if you’re hungry for more information, then please accept my invitation to join CollabNet’s Bob Jenkins and myself for an hour or so on September 20, 2011 as we talk to and with you about what Subversion 1.7.0 offers via a free webinar.  See the event page at for details.
